Off-Season Rentals
There are debates about what’s the best time of year to be here on Plum Island. There are those that just can’t soak up enough warm beach days, and there are just as many others who love bundling up and roaming the beaches when all the crowds have gone.
Plum Island Properties is pleased to be all things to all people when it comes to rental homes.
While we begin actively marketing our Off-Season Rentals in July, please reach out if you want to be beat the crowds and get first choice of one of our 12+ properties. The off-season can start as early as mid-September (though October is standard) and runs through the end of April or May. So, if you’re looking for a place to temporarily call your own here at the beach over the winter months, be sure to keep a sharp eye on this page in July!
