Walk into this island getaway and it will feel like a home away from home with a spacious living area, comfortable furniture, and three bedrooms to sleep up to 6 guests. The front of the house has a large deck overlooking an expansive lawn and, beyond that, views of the vast salt marsh.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom offers a full size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have plenty of storage for your vacation clothing and beach gear. There is one full bathroom with a tub-shower, and a stackable washer-dryer. Fresh linens and fluffy towels are provided.

The house has all the amenities that you will need for a great vacation including a fully stocked kitchen to whip up tasty meals. There is also an outdoor propane grill for your convenience. We provide the propane tanks for your convenience. Should you run out, you can head over for a replacement tank at The Cottage Island Market.

The beach is very close, so go ahead and head down to the sand, walk over to the nearby restaurants, and spend a day out enjoying the sunshine and friendly atmosphere of this town. We recommend bringing any beach gear you may need. If you forget something you can always walk over to The Cottage Island Market to find whatever you need. The Cottage Surf shop is behind the market where you can rent or buy paddle boards, surf boards, or even skim boards. The staff there is very helpful and can give you tips on the best spots to go.
