This cottage coaxes you into a state of relaxation once you walk through the door. It has been newly refinished inside and the colors and textures are ideal for a beach retreat. There is a very spacious open-concept kitchen and living room with lots of windows. Even though the cottage sits among other cottages, it is quite private and has wonderful views of the marsh.

There are 2 large bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and plenty of closet space. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa. There is one full bath with a tub-shower. Fresh linens and fluffy towels are provided. There are ceiling fans throughout the cottage as well as AC units during the summer time.

The house has all the amenities that you will need for a great vacation including a kitchen stocked with appliances, cookware, and utensils; a terrific deck and a propane grill; and a full-size washer and dryer. We provide the propane tanks for your convenience. Should you run out, you can head over for a replacement tank at The Cottage Island Market.

The beach is very close, so go ahead and head down to the sand, walk over to the nearby restaurants, and spend a day out enjoying the sunshine and friendly atmosphere of the island.
